Verification and tamper protection
QR check, fingerprint and notary hash
The content of this appraisal is secured as a SHA-256 fingerprint and, on request, stored tamper-proof with a notary hash on the Polygon blockchain. Buyers verify authenticity via the appraisal number and the verification link (additionally as a QR code in the final PDF) and see exactly this page. Any change to the document alters the fingerprint and is immediately detectable.
Qualification, standards and liability
The assessment was prepared impartially and independently to the best of our knowledge and belief. All values were captured on site with the standardised DIAVAG hardware case and released by a senior inspector. The appraisal documents the condition at the time of inspection and does not replace legal or tax advice. The stated value types are guide values based on DAT and Schwacke as well as our own market observation. For legal questions, a lawyer or notary should be consulted.
