Overview
DIAVAG is the software platform for vehicle appraisers: data capture, AI draft, release, branded delivery and a client portal. The trust model is simple. Every statement in the draft comes from a field you entered. No report leaves the platform without your logged release and signature. All data is stored in the EU, is not used for model training, and is accessible only through time-limited links. Delivered reports can be verified in the portal via QR code and checksum.

Traceability of every statement
Every statement in the AI draft is tied to a field the appraiser entered. Anything not recorded does not appear in the draft.
Logged release
No report leaves the platform without review and signature by the appraiser. Each release is logged.
Data stored in the EU
All data is stored exclusively in the EU and processed in a GDPR-compliant manner. No transfer outside the EEA without a mechanism pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
No use for training
Your data and your clients' data are not used to train AI models. The AI creates drafts, nothing more.
Private file storage
Photos and documents are held in private storage. Access is granted through time-limited, signed links, not public URLs.
QR and hash verification
Delivered reports can be verified in the portal via QR code and checksum. This proves that a document is unaltered.

Where is my data stored?
Exclusively in the European Union. Any transfer outside the EEA takes place only under a permitted mechanism pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
Is my data used for AI training?
No. Your data and your clients' data are not used to train AI models. The AI creates drafts solely from the data you entered yourself.
Can the AI claim something I did not record?
The draft is tied to the recorded fields. Every statement can be traced back to its source. In addition, you review every draft before releasing it; nothing is delivered without your release.
Who is responsible for the report?
You are. The appraiser reviews, corrects and signs every report. DIAVAG is the software behind it, not the author.
How are photos and documents protected?
Files are held in private storage. Access is granted through time-limited, signed links. Recipients in the client portal see only the reports they are authorized to view.
Do you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. For appraisal firms we provide a DPA template pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR on request.
